To compliment this dynamic team, we are currently looking for Inside Sales in our dynamic Ljubljana, Slovenian team.

Job description:

  • Receiving, recording and tracking of orders, processing the orders, monitoring of the status of orders, organizing of delivery of goods, placing of goods on balance and invoicing of goods;
  • Implementing of quarterly tasks that we receive from vendors, taking exams for certificates that are necessary to be distributors.
  • Supporting in process to create price offers to business partners;
  • Receiving and processing of incoming invoices;
  • Preparing of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports;
  • Supporting and communicating with suppliers / vendors on all brand issues;
  • Development, organization and implementation of all marketing activities (including design and branding)
  • Implementing various Marketing activities including creating a newsletter;
  • Accepting and processing of RMA replacement requests within the warranty period;
  • Performs other tasks based on an verbal or written order of the Product Manager, which tasks are related to the performance of workplace tasks.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years customer facing experience with previous knowledge of working through the Sales Cycle in a similar organization such as security or technology industry is strongly recommended
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic. Prioritize and perform work with minimal supervision
  • Must respond to rapid change, perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency
  • Well organized and focused in conducting sales tasks
  • Strong knowledge in English and MS Office package
