We are currently looking for a Business Manager (Finance Services) to support our team expansion in Singapore.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, Singapore and the Regional Financing Solutions Lead, this role is responsible for driving the growth and adoption of financing solutions across Ingram Micro's distribution ecosystem. The successful candidate will work closely with sales teams, vendors, financing partners, channel partners, and end customers to develop and deliver innovative financing programs that accelerate technology adoption, enable business growth, and enhance the value proposition of Ingram Micro's technology solutions.
The role combines strategic business development, financing solution design, deal structuring, stakeholder management, and operational execution to achieve country financing targets while ensuring compliance with regional governance and risk frameworks.
What is your mission?
Country Performance & Execution
Drive the achievement of country financing objectives, including financed volume, revenue contribution, attach rates, and strategic growth targets. Execute country financing priorities in alignment with regional strategy, supporting business growth through effective opportunity development, deal execution, and stakeholder engagement.
Collaborative Business Development & Deal Support
Partner closely with Ingram Micro sales teams to identify, develop, and convert financing opportunities across channel partners and end customers. Act as a trusted financing advisor by structuring commercially viable solutions that address customer business requirements while supporting sales growth and competitive positioning.
Vendor & Funder Collaboration
Build strong relationships with vendors and approved financing partners to support financing adoption, program execution, and business expansion. Collaborate with regional leadership on funding strategies, complex transactions, escalations, and initiatives that enhance financing capabilities and market competitiveness.
Sales Enablement & Market Education
Promote awareness and adoption of financing solutions by supporting sales enablement activities, customer engagements, partner education, and go-to-market initiatives. Provide financing expertise and market insights that help sales teams effectively position financing as a strategic business tool.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Work collaboratively with Sales, Credit, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Vendor Management, and regional stakeholders to facilitate financing transactions and ensure operational excellence. Support compliance with governance, risk, funding, and policy requirements while helping resolve complex or non-standard financing scenarios.
Reporting & Governance
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to support business planning and performance measurement. Provide regular updates on financing activities, opportunities, risks, and market developments while ensuring adherence to internal controls and governance standards.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in IT leasing, technology financing, equipment finance, channel finance, or related financial services, with a strong track record of driving business growth and achieving commercial objectives.
- Extensive experience originating, structuring, and negotiating financing transactions, including complex leasing and financing solutions.
- Strong understanding of financing models, pricing methodologies, credit assessment, documentation requirements, and funding structures.
- Established relationships across the IT channel ecosystem, including resellers, vendors, customers, financing partners, and funders.
- Ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
- Experience collaborating with vendors and financing partners to develop and execute financing programs that support go-to-market and growth initiatives.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated success working within a matrix environment and partnering across regional and country teams to deliver business outcomes.
- Experience leading sales enablement, training, or market education initiatives related to financing solutions is valued.
