Responsible for championing the customer experience across the business to ensure exceptional service is continuously provided to all customers across all channels and platforms. Serves as the expert to platform offerings, their functionality, and their application to our business, customers, and vendor partners. Leads or oversees customer research projects, taking customer feedback, wants, and needs into consideration to enhance the brand experience.

Identifies and implements improvements to drive a best-in-class customer experience with the organization's products and services and accelerates the adoption and growth of platform functionalities and programs. Works closely with other teams to ensure the customer experience environment is optimized, and customer expectations are exceeded.

What you bring to the role:

Manages experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments. Provides direction to associates according to established policies and management guidance. Sets goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results. Policy practices and procedures implementation for short-term results. Problems faced may be difficult to moderately complex. Influences others outside of own job area. Decisions have immediate impact to work group's/department's delivery of short-term results.

Manages a staff of professional and support associates. Makes day-to-day decisions for group/department. Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Assignments are defined in terms of activities, objectives and defined processes. Exercises judgment and interpretation to help define procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.

Objectives for assigned area defined by upper management. Some latitude to make decisions to achieve defined goals. Manages team and may become actively involved, to meet schedules and resolve problems.

What you bring to the role:

  • Will generally have assumed at least the Senior Professional level of experience before becoming a manager.

  • Regularly applies expertise in day-to-day activities.

  • May fill the role of a staff member in complex situations.

  • Requires a four-year college degree (or equivalent combination of educations and experience in related field).

  • Minimum 5 years functional experience including a minimum of 4 years of position specific experience and 2 years of supervisory experience or 4 years of leadership experience.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,000.00 - $197,200.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
