Your role:

Own the audit-ready representation of Xvantage™ capabilities, subscription and rating flows, automated reconciliations, production controls, and supporting evidence. Maintain a durable source of truth connecting product behavior, data movement, controls, financial outcomes, and accountable owners.

  • Own end-to-end Xvantage™ process maps and data-flow documentation covering sources, applications, interfaces, transformations, calculations, storage, validations, exception handling, and downstream outputs.
  • Maintain Xvantage control documentation, including control descriptions, key attributes, frequency, ownership, evidence requirements, and dependencies.
  • Partner with product managers and engineers to assess control and evidence impacts from releases, configuration changes, incidents, and remediation.
  • Provide production-verifiable explanations of rating logic, duration calculations, discounts, subscription events, and daily reconciliation behavior.
  • Maintain evidence packages for accuracy and completeness testing, samples, reconciliations, variance handling, approvals, and issue closure.
  • Drive technical audit questions from intake through root cause, corrective action, validation, and documented closure.
  • Automate repeatable evidence extraction and reduce recurring effort from Product and Engineering.

What you bring to the role:

  • Seven or more years across enterprise platforms, subscription commerce, product operations, technology controls, audit support, or technology risk.
  • Deep Xvantage™ knowledge, or directly comparable experience with subscription, marketplace, order, rating, and billing platforms.
  • Ability to understand production logic and trace data across interfaces and downstream financial systems.
  • Practical experience with SOX walkthroughs, evidence requests, control testing, issue response, and remediation tracking.
  • Strong written communication and cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Support, Finance, and Audit.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; CISA, CIA, CPA, CRISC, or similar certification is helpful but not mandatory.

Measures of success:

  • Complete and retrievable evidence packages with clear ownership.
  • Documentation updated when product or financial flows change.
  • Reduced repeated discovery across Product and Engineering.
  • Audit issues closed with root cause, action, validation, and evidence.
  • Increasing automation of recurring evidence collection.
