We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on marketer who can develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that deliver optimal return on investment and tangible business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in planning and managing end-to-end marketing initiatives within the IT industry, with a strong focus on event marketing as well as working knowledge of digital channels. Beyond execution, the candidate is expected to take a strategic approach in defining the right marketing mix—across events, digital, and vendor activities—to drive pipeline growth, brand visibility, and customer engagement.
This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can balance strategy with execution, manage stakeholders effectively, and optimise marketing performance through data-driven insights. The successful candidate is both a tactical executor and strategic thinker, with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to achieve impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive integrated marketing strategies and plans aligned to business objectives, ensuring an optimal marketing mix to maximise ROI and commercial outcomes.
- Act as a strategic marketing partner to product and vendor teams, shaping go-to-market strategies, lead generation approaches, and campaign priorities.
- Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end marketing programs, with a strong focus on events, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and measurable impact.
- Own the marketing mix across channels, making data-driven decisions to optimise budget allocation and campaign effectiveness.
- Lead the execution and optimisation of digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, social media, and campaign amplification to support broader marketing objectives.
- Manage vendors, agencies, partners, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution, cost efficiency, and quality delivery.
- Define and track key performance metrics for campaigns and events, analysing results to derive actionable insights and continuously improve performance.
- Develop compelling content and messaging, including copywriting for campaigns, event materials, and digital platforms.
- Oversee the production and quality of marketing collateral, ensuring consistency in brand and messaging.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions, identify opportunities, and refine positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive collaborative success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within the IT industry, with exposure to both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies and optimise the marketing mix to drive business outcomes and ROI.
- Strong experience in planning, managing, and executing end-to-end marketing programs, particularly events.
- Good understanding of integrated marketing channels, including digital and how they support overall campaign objectives.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Canva, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, track performance, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Solid project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in messaging and content development.
- Commercially aware, with strong business acumen and results-driven mindset.
