About the Role
As a Supply Planner, you will play a critical role in shaping purchasing strategies and ensuring the efficiency of our end-to-end supply chain. You will transform demand forecasts into actionable supply plans while balancing working capital, inventory health, and customer satisfaction.
Working within a highly collaborative, international environment, you will partner cross-functionally with Demand Planning, vendors, warehouses, and operations teams to deliver results that matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring inventory health, including Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO), ageing, Excess and Obsolete (E&O) inventory management, and product availability
- Planning and managing Purchase Orders (POs) to align supply with demand forecasts
- Optimizing the supply chain mix (Vendor to central Warehouse, Vendor to local Warehouse, Vendor to Reseller, local Warehouse to central Warehouse)
- Maintaining seamless alignment with the Demand Planner to synchronize supply planning with demand forecasts, ensuring efficiency and responsiveness in meeting customer needs
- Maintaining ongoing communication with the business regarding supply chain and operations status, ensuring timely updates and insights are provided
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supply planning, demand planning, or supply chain role
- A detail-oriented mindset, with strong focus on accuracy and precision
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures in a global environment
- Strong proficiency with planning systems, data tools, and analytics, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and escalation management
- An outcome-driven mentality, with a passion for delivering measurable results
- Experience working in cross-functional and international environments is highly valued
