The role:
Sr. Product Manager, Global Product Management
We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Subscriptions, Orders & Exceptions Management platform. This role will focus on delivering seamless post-sales experiences for software, licenses, warranties, subscriptions, and recurring services, while driving automation, reducing operational complexity, and improving customer and associate experiences.
The Sr. Product Manager will partner closely with Engineering, UX, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and regional business teams to build scalable platform capabilities that simplify subscription lifecycle management, automate exception handling, and modernize the overall order management experience.
- Own the product roadmap and execution for Subscriptions, Orders & Exceptions Management, with a focus on software, licenses, warranties, and recurring services.
- Partner with customers, operations, engineering, UX, and regional business teams to identify pain points and deliver scalable product solutions.
- Define product requirements, write user stories, prioritize the backlog, and drive delivery from concept through production.
- Build platform capabilities that simplify subscription lifecycle management, improve post-sales experience, and automate order and subscription exceptions.
- Analyze customer feedback, operational metrics, and exception trends to continuously improve product adoption, automation, and efficiency.
- Develop deep domain expertise and partner closely with operational stakeholders to create technology-enabled solutions to support Ingram Micro’s growth strategy.
- Create and execute innovative and automated features and products that can scale globally.
- Provide product leadership to Engineering, Business, and UX teams to help design and launch our next generation Platform ecosystem.
- Produce sustainable capabilities that can be reused with minimal effort and provide comprehensive documentation and training for users.
- Develop and maintain a technology roadmap and regularly update key partners and stakeholders, working closely with senior stakeholders across Ingram Micro to ensure vision aligns with broader company objectives.
- Work on multiple parallel work streams in fast-paced, agile environments, align them with business priorities & deadlines and help continuously raise the bar on execution.
What you bring to the role:
- 5-8 years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS products.
- A bachelor’s degree (master’s desirable) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related Science and Math discipline is preferred.
- Experience defining product roadmaps, managing Agile backlogs, and translating business needs into actionable product requirements.
- Strong understanding of subscription-based products, software licensing, warranties, order management, or post-sales business processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for simplifying complex workflows through intuitive product experiences and automation.
- Experience using data and customer insights to prioritize features, measure outcomes, and continuously improve products.
- Direct hands-on experience working with Engineering teams to clearly scope, define, detail and prioritize product requirements.
