Customer Experience Representative

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will help drive customer success by increasing adoption and utilization of the Ingram Micro Xvantage™ platform. Working closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams, you will deliver exceptional service, provide solution recommendations, support business growth initiatives, and help customers maximize value from our technology platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and support.
  • Drive customer onboarding, training, and adoption of the Xvantage™ platform.
  • Partner with sales teams to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
  • Support customer acquisition, pipeline development, upgrades, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver customer success.
  • Utilize customer and platform data to identify growth opportunities and improve outcomes.
  • Manage customer inquiries, escalations, and follow-up activities with a high level of accountability.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree and 3+ years of relevant experience; OR High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years of relevant experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, customer success, account management, sales support, client services, or another customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management tools.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, telecommunications, distribution, or a related industry.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or Zendesk.
  • Experience with customer onboarding, enablement, training, or adoption programs.
  • Experience supporting renewals, customer growth, cross-selling, or retention initiatives.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $43,800.00 - $70,100.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
