Quote and Configuration Specialist
Location: Milton Keynes - Hybrid
This role follows a non‑negotiable 3‑day hybrid working pattern. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Milton Keynes office.

As a Quote and Configuration Specialist you will:
- Managing day-to-day administration of customer accounts with precision and care.
- Validating and maintaining essential documentation and electronic records.
- Processing customer quotes, orders, and contracts efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Supporting cross-selling and upselling of our products and services.
- Liaising with sales, technical, and logistics teams to address customer inquiries and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitoring order progress, resolving order-related issues, and providing timely updates to stakeholders.
- Continuously improving product knowledge to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.
In order to set you up for success we are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a sales or customer service setting.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to connect effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to handle challenges proactively.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems and an interest in technology.
