About the Role

Lead Ingram Micro's Microsoft Cloud & AI Platforms practice, driving Azure infrastructure, migration and modernization, data, and AI platform growth through partners globally. Reporting to the Director, Microsoft, you will define strategy, develop partners, build solution offerings, and accelerate Azure revenue across multiple countries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the global Cloud & AI Platforms strategy, business plan, and growth targets.
  • Drive Azure consumption and revenue growth through Ingram Micro's partner ecosystem.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Azure Infrastructure, Migration & Modernization, Data, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure AI services.
  • Recruit, develop, and grow strategic Microsoft partners, helping them achieve Solutions Partner designations and specializations.
  • Build partner-ready Azure and AI solution offerings with sales, marketing, and services teams.
  • Maximize Microsoft funding, incentives, and investment programs to accelerate partner success.
  • Partner with Microsoft field teams, country teams, and technical services leaders to scale cloud and AI adoption globally.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in cloud, software, or technology, including 5+ years in Microsoft Azure partner, alliance, channel, or practice leadership roles.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Microsoft Azure certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience growing partner-led cloud revenue and building successful Azure practices or programs.
  • Deep knowledge of Azure infrastructure, migration, modernization, data platforms, and AI services.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft CSP, Solutions Partner Designations, Specializations, and Azure funding programs.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders in global, matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, and business planning skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, or FinOps solutions.
  • Background working with Microsoft, a Microsoft partner, distributor, MSP, GSI, or cloud marketplace organization.

AI Fluency

  • Active user of AI tools in daily work.
  • AZ-900 and AI-900 required within 90 days if not already held.
  • Ability to articulate how AI has driven measurable business outcomes.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,000.00 - $197,200.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
