About the Role

Are you an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment? Do you enjoy coaching teams, improving processes, and driving operational excellence?

Ingram Micro is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, oversee employee performance, and ensure world-class service, safety, and productivity standards are achieved. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in distribution centers, fulfillment operations, inventory management, reverse logistics, IT asset disposition (ITAD), or warehouse operations.

As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading warehouse associates, optimizing workflows, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting customer fulfillment objectives while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.


Schedule: Monday - Friday; 2:30PM - 12:00AM
Compensation: Base salary + 10% annual target bonus + $3250 shift differential


What You'll Do

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational goals.
  • Create a positive, high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement.
  • Conduct performance coaching, training, and ongoing development of team members.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for operational and employee-related issues.

Warehouse Operations Management

  • Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including:
    • Receiving
    • Shipping
    • Inventory Control
    • Material Handling
    • Storage Operations
    • Order Fulfillment
    • Reverse Logistics
    • Asset Refurbishment and Processing
  • Ensure customer orders and technology assets are accurately received, processed, stored, picked, packed, tested, and shipped according to company standards.
  • Coordinate workload and staffing priorities to meet production schedules and customer requirements.


Inventory & Process Improvement

  • Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and inventory control best practices.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, including:
    • Productivity
    • Quality
    • Inventory Accuracy
    • Order Fulfillment
    • On-Time Shipping
    • Operational Throughput
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve service levels.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence initiatives.


Safety & Compliance

  • Promote and maintain a safe work environment compliant with OSHA regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure warehouse equipment, workstations, and facilities remain organized, clean, and safe.
  • Lead safety initiatives and reinforce compliance standards across all operations.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, fulfillment, or operations environments.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory, lead, or people management experience.
  • Experience managing warehouse workflows including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
  • Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop frontline employees.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in high-volume distribution centers, fulfillment operations, reverse logistics, IT asset disposition (ITAD), refurbishment, or returns processing environments.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives that drive productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of lean operations, process optimization, and inventory management best practices.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $66,100.00 - $105,800.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
