Our experts include a Machine Learning Specialist, a BI Tools Engineer proficient in Qlikview, Qliksense, Tableau, and an OLAP Data Engineer skilled in MS SQL & AWS.

The Service Delivery Excellence team supports GBS Operations with quality business insights and process excellence. Comprising QA/Business Process Auditors, they're frontline in supporting multiple processes. Workforce Management (Business Insights) ensures operational reporting for business units. They drive improved performance, productivity, and efficiency, resulting in better customer experience and service delivery.
