What you’ll do: Your role in making an impact
As a Billing & Pricing Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of our financial operations. You will manage billing and pricing processes, analyze vendor contracts and financial data, and resolve complex discrepancies that impact business performance. Working closely with global teams, you will translate data into insights, build reporting solutions, and support data-driven decision-making. You will also identify opportunities to streamline operations, drive automation initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance service quality and operational resilience across the organization.
What you bring to the role: Your strengths, our vision
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Around 3–5 years of experience in billing, pricing, financial operations, or reporting environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience handling reconciliations and large datasets
Advanced Excel capabilities and familiarity with reporting tools; experience in SQL, Python, or Power BI is beneficial.
Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders, manage priorities, and drive resolutions in complex operational environments
Exposure to automation tools, ERP/CRM systems, or cloud billing and pricing is an advantage.
