We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Product Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the product management team
- Handle resellers’ / customers’ inquiries, both in email and via telephone, written & verbal
- Handle logistics / order processing duties
- Coordinate / communicate with resellers’ logistics team for inquiries, problem-solving
- Handle other administrative support to Product Managers, in events, campaigns, reporting, documentation and other data processing duties when necessary.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business administration, IT industry ideal but not a must
- 1–2 years of working experience in customer support, service support, ideally in the IT / Technical industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, verbal & written.
- Good knowledge and skills in MS Excel, e.g. pivot table, V-Look Up, namely
- High sensitivity to numbers, good attention to details
- Problem-solving skill sets and mindset, able to work independently as well as a good team player
