Your role in making an impact
We are looking for a Business Development Manager HPE to join our high-performing team in Romania. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth, strengthening partner relationships, and accelerating HPE solutions adoption across the market, focusing on HPE Aruba Networking.

Develop and grow a portfolio of channel partners, ensuring strong engagement and revenue growth
Drive sales of HPE Aruba Networking solutions, aligning with regional strategies and targets
Identify new business opportunities and lead pipeline generation activities
Develop and execute joint business plans with partners and HPE stakeholders
Provide partners with product knowledge, commercial guidance, and go-to-market support
Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, technical, operations) to deliver seamless partner experience
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers need to inform strategy
Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking
What you’ll contribute to our team
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field
Minimum 5+ years of strategic sales, business development, or account management experience, ideally within distribution environments
Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions and Enterprise Networking and Cybersecurity background (HPE experience is highly preferred)
Demonstrated ability to manage partner ecosystems and drive revenue growth
Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset
Demonstrated success driving year-over-year profitability growth.
Strong negotiation skills and experience closing complex, solution-based deals.
