You will work closely with Microsoft, vendors, partners, and internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver commercial growth. Microsoft experience is a plus but not required. Experience across the broader technology, cloud, cybersecurity, or IT distribution ecosystem is also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Microsoft, vendors, and internal teams on growth initiatives and new business opportunities.
  • Understand partner business needs and translate opportunities into commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to convert pipeline into revenue.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales and growth targets.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3–7 years of experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, Partner Sales, Vendor Management, or technology sales
  • Strong hunter mentality and proven ability to generate new business.
  • Vendor/channel experience within the Australian technology market.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen.
  • Confident communicating with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • IT distribution, cybersecurity, cloud, or technology experience is highly desirable.
  • Microsoft experience is a plus, not a requirement.
