How our team works
The Solutions Engineering team works directly with partners to solve technical challenges and support business growth.
Sometimes that means helping design solutions. Sometimes it means guiding conversations, enabling partners, or working closely with sales teams on new opportunities.
It’s a collaborative role where technical knowledge and people skills matter equally.

What you’ll do
- Deliver technical guidance and enablement for partners
- Support cloud, networking, AI, and infrastructure solutions
- Work with sales teams on customer opportunities
- Build relationships with technical stakeholders
- Help partners strengthen their technical capabilities
What you bring to the role
- Experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
- Be able to translate customers’ needs into technical requirements
- Understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and networking technologies
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Interest in emerging technologies and innovation
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
You should have the following certifications to apply:
- HPE ATP – Compute Solutions
- HPE ATP – Storage Solutions
- HPE ATP – GreenLake
- HPE ASE – Edge to Cloud Architect
- HPE Morpheus Administrator
- HPE Private Cloud AI Solutions
And knowledge in these areas will be advantageous:
- Good understanding of Microsoft Common Services
- Good understanding of Cloud Services (Azure, AWS or Goggle)
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Solution Consultant – HPE role.
