Ingram Micro Malaysia shone brightly as we celebrated Deepavali, the Festival of Lights, with vibrant colours, creativity, and togetherness. The office was filled with festive cheer as colleagues came together to honour this meaningful cultural celebration.
This year’s event also featured a lively photo booth, complete with Deepavali‑themed props and backdrops. It quickly became a crowd favourite, giving colleagues the perfect spot to capture joyful memories, show off their festive outfits, and celebrate together.
One of the highlights of the event was the Best Dressed Competition, where team members showcased stunning traditional attire. The beautiful saris, kurtas, and colourful accessories added a radiant charm to the celebration, making the workplace feel even more festive.
The festivities continued with a henna session, where colleagues adorned their hands with intricate mehndi designs. The activity brought creativity and excitement to the event, offering everyone a chance to experience a cherished cultural art form.
Adding to the artistic spirit of the celebration, we also hosted a diya painting competition. Participants decorated traditional clay lamps with bright colours and intricate patterns, symbolising the triumph of light over darkness.
Overall, the Deepavali celebration was a beautiful showcase of culture, creativity, and team unity. Thank you to everyone who dressed up, participated, and contributed to a meaningful and memorable event.
