Strengthening Well-Being

From encouraging the use of vacation time to organizing wellness activities, Ingram Micro champions a culture of health and wellness throughout our operations. To complement paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick days), associates are also encouraged to engage in Ingram Micro’s wellness activities, which vary by location.

Parental Leave

Ingram Micro acknowledges the importance of parents being able to take time off work to bond with their children. In many countries, we provide parents with some form of parental leave (i.e., maternity, pregnancy, paternity, baby bonding).

Work-Life Support

We know our associates work hard to balance the challenges of their home life with their work life. We encourage our associates and their immediate families to take advantage of our global Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This program provides confidential, quick and easy access to mental health providers, therapy, coaching, legal and financial services support and much more.

Compensation

Ingram Micro regularly reviews market data to ensure our pay ranges are market competitive and provide managers with a framework to utilize when determining individual associate compensation.

Preparing for Retirement

Ingram Micro provides defined contribution plans to associates in several countries to assist eligible associates in saving for retirement. We review market data to determine the competitiveness of offering these plans, as well as the amount of the company’s contribution. The company provides the contributions each year as part of that year’s compensation expense.
