Mindful Yoga

As part of our DEI–ESG initiatives, associates participated in a mindfulness and yoga session focused on breath awareness, mindful movement, and strengthening the mind–body connection.
The session shared practical relaxation and mindfulness techniques that can be easily applied in everyday work and life to support focus, balance, and overall well-being.

This initiative reflects our ongoing DEI–ESG commitment to holistic well-being and a supportive, inclusive work environment.
