About the Role
Join Ingram Micro as a Solutions Architect, supporting our vendors and reseller network with expert technical guidance and solution design. You’ll combine technical know-how with strong customer engagement to position Ingram Micro as the distributor of choice. This role is based in Auckland, reporting to the Business Manager – Cyber Security.
Key Responsibilities
Provide pre-sales technical support for cybersecurity solutions and services
Assist resellers with security solution design, bids, and tenders
Build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
Support sales opportunities with security expertise and technical input
Conduct technical presentations and product enablement sessions
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to grow the security portfolio
Stay current with emerging security technologies and industry trends
What You’ll Bring
Security certifications (e.g., Fortinet NSE, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or similar)
Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies (network, endpoint, cloud, identity, and threat management)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship skills
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
Team player with initiative and solid business acumen
