Description

This role will support analytics across cloud portfolios including Microsoft, Adobe, Google Cloud, AWS, and other cloud solutions. It will work with business data related to revenue, gross margin, renewals, sales performance, pipeline, partner contribution, vendor performance, subscription lifecycle, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports covering revenue, gross margin, renewals, pipeline, partner performance, customer acquisition, and vendor-specific business performance.
  • Track business performance by BDM, region, product, portfolio, vendor, and partner against targets, commitments, forecasts, and actual achievements.
  • Provide cloud portfolio insights across Microsoft Azure, Modern Work, Security, Adobe, Google Cloud, AWS, and other cloud solutions to support business reviews and execution cadence.
  • Build renewal and customer success analytics to monitor renewal pipeline, retention risk, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, churn indicators, and subscription lifecycle performance.
  • Support pipeline-to-target analysis, top-deal tracking, forecast variance reporting, and early warning indicators for business gaps.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across billing, CRM, marketplace, renewal, vendor, and internal reporting systems.
  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports, reduce manual effort, improve reporting turnaround time, and strengthen self-service analytics for business teams.
  • Analyze partner segmentation, revenue contribution, whitespace, market share movement, program performance, and growth opportunities to support go-to-market decisions.
  • Prepare executive-ready data packs, insights, and business review material for QBRs, leadership reviews, vendor reviews, sales cadence meetings, and strategic planning workshops.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Vendor Management, Finance, Operations, IT, Renewals, Customer Success, and leadership teams to translate business requirements into meaningful analytics outputs.

Key Deliverables

  • Cloud business performance dashboards covering revenue, gross margin, growth, and target achievement.
  • Sales performance scorecards by BDM, region, product, vendor, and partner.
  • Partner segmentation and top partner performance reports.
  • Renewal tracker with risk indicators, retention status, and upsell opportunities.
  • Pipeline-to-target and forecast variance analysis.
  • Vendor-wise performance reports across key cloud portfolios.
  • Executive-ready business review packs with trends, insights, and recommendations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • 3–6 years of experience in business intelligence, sales analytics, business operations, MIS, or data analytics roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and data visualization techniques.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, data modelling, DAX, and data transformation concepts.
  • Ability to analyse revenue, margin, pipeline, renewal, subscription, and partner performance data.
  • Strong understanding of business KPIs and ability to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cloud, technology distribution, SaaS, software licensing, or channel business.
  • Experience building dashboards for sales, revenue, margin, partner performance, renewals, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Exposure to cloud marketplaces, Microsoft CSP, SaaS business models, or technology channel ecosystems.
  • Experience working with CRM, ERP, billing, marketplace, subscription management, or vendor reporting data sources.
  • Knowledge of reporting automation and self-service analytics practices.
