  • Partner with Product, Engineering, SRE, DevOps, Support and Operations teams to test, roll out and improve platform features, modules and operational capabilities.

  • Improve monitoring, alerts, dashboards and health checks across systems, including reliability, availability, performance, data quality and customer-impact signals.

  • Create and maintain deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, process and support documentation, including runbooks and operational playbooks.

  • Identify recurring issues, operational friction and platform gaps; propose improvements and help operationalize fixes once implemented.

  • Support hypercare, production readiness, incident resolution and post-implementation stabilization for major platform releases and vendor/customer launches.
