Ingram Micro Bulgaria’s Beyond the Degree Internship Program is here to offer you a 6-month paid hybrid internship that combines real-world experience, professional training, and mentorship to set you up for success!

By joining us, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of one of the following teams, each requiring proficiency in a specific language
- General Ledger – You will gain practical financial reporting, record-keeping, and reconciliation experience
- Accounts Payable – You will have the opportunity to assist in managing invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.

Sales Administration (B2 German or French is required) - you will be managing the incoming queue of orders from the business country and performing written communication with corporate customers and business partners

Customer Support (B2-C1 German language required) - You will communicate with business partners (mainly written communication) and investigate and improve customer claims

Telemarketing (C1 German language is required) - You will be conducting outbound calls with B2B customers from the IT industry to provide information about product’s features, special offers, events, etc.
- Legal & Compliance -You’ll have the opportunity to shadow legal counsels in meetings to gain insight into the role, conduct regulatory legal research and case law research, and more.
- HR Admin - You will be assisting with various administrative tasks related to HR processes and documentation, preparing reports and data analysis for HR projects, etc.
- IT Site Support - You will monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop technologies and operating systems, gaining real-world experience in IT support and more.
What we seek in candidates:
- A Business or Finance-related degree students in their 3rd or 4th year, a Master’s degree student, or currently in the graduation process.
- Proficiency in English (German or French is also required for some of the teams)
- Friendly team players with excellent communication skills, ready to make an immediate impact

Through the Intern's Lens: Life as an intern at Ingram Micro
During my internship, I developed practical skills and gained valuable corporate experience. Collaborating with colleagues and getting guidance from my mentor played a pivotal role in shaping my understanding and skills. The internship included various training sessions and involvement in diverse projects, enhancing my expertise and laying a foundation for my professional development.
As a third-year Business Informatics and Communications student at UNWE, I sought an internship to develop skills alongside my studies. Before I began my internship, I hoped for a mentor who was positive and friendly. Luckily, that's exactly what happened. The 6-month program felt seamless, and I was offered a full-time job at its conclusion.
I joined Ingram Micro Bulgaria as an intern in the Finance department with the idea of challenging myself and effectively balancing work and university. The internship enhanced my understanding of processes, and the company's business model, and it showed me the significance of communication and tolerance in a corporate setting. After the program ended, I joined the Vendor Debit team as a full-time employee.
I joined the program when I was in my final year at Sofia University, majoring in "Accounting, Finance, and Digital Applications" in English. The internship has proven highly valuable as I've gained knowledge about various software and tools used in real-world and got to see the practical side of accounting. Upon completing the internship program, I was offered a position as an Accountant.
