Luis Férez, SVP, Global Group President LATAM
Luis Férez, Mexican graduated with honors in Industrial Engineering, with a specialty in International Business and a Senior Management Program, with more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry, holds the position of SVP, Global Group President LATAM after a great trajectory in the field.

Daniela Rosa, VP, Chief Country Executive Miami
Daniela leads Ingram Micro's Export Services, overseeing strategy, operations and execution for the Caribbean and throughout Latin America. With more than 20 years,she spearheads the Advanced Solutions initiative, ensuring growth plans for advanced and specialized solutions

Carla Santos, LVP, Chief Country Executive Brasil
With over 20 years in IT, she has led significant advances in software and cloud technologies, influencing Brazil's technological and strategic landscape and the development of channels and partners. She has been awarded twice in a row as Woman of the Year in Technology by CRN magazine.

Marco Tessa, VP, Chief Country Executive Chile-Uruguay
Marco Tessa is a Civil Engineer in Computer Science from the University of Chile with vast work experience in the IT industry. He has been part of Ingram Micro since 1997, holding various management positions inside and outside the country and is currently VP & CCE of Chile and Uruguay.

Fernando Zapater, Exec Dir, Chief Country Executive Perú
Fernando Zapater, born in Lima, studied Industrial Engineering and specialized in Marketing, Commercial Management and Management. He currently holds the position of CCE at Ingram Micro Peru, having a career of more than 25 years in IT, Marketing and Advertising industries.

Juan Mejía, Managing Director Colombia
CCE from Ingram Micro Colombia, is an Industrial Engineer, Eps. in Corporate Finance and MBA in Business Administration. He has more than 15 years in business management in different industries and among his main achievements is the positioning of the company as a leader in the local IT sector.

Diana Garcia, LATAM Executive Director, Human Resources
Diana has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. With a background in Marketing, she joined Ingram Micro in sales, with an extensive track record in Human Resources. She has been recognized by GPTW as one of the 100 best CHROs in Mexico. Diana has led the LATAM HR team since 2023.

Esteban Hurtado, LATAM Director Product Management
He joined Ingram Micro in 2013 as Business Intelligence leader, in 2016 he also took on BPM and was promoted to BI, BPM & Sourcing Sr. Manager. Due to his business knowledge and leadership, he now holds the position of Director of Product Management LATAM, leading the digital transformation of the region.

Ismael Velázquez, LATAM Executive Director Finance
Our CFE LATAM has more than 30 years of experience. He joined Ingram Micro in 1993 and has led finances in Peru, Chile, Mexico and Spain. His leadership and knowledge have been key to achieving objectives, maintaining profitability and improving processes, contributing to operational excellence.

David Mejía, LATAM Sr. Manger LEAN
With a background in Robotics Engineering, an MBA and a certification as a Master Mentor in Continuous Improvement methodology known as PPI, he has extensive experience in different industries leading areas of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

David Baquerizo, Director Value Business
With more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry, David is currently responsible for the Value business in LATAM based in Miami. He has led the strategy of multiple vendors across the LATAM region, driving the execution of the implementation of the Advanced Solutions strategy. He holds a Business Administration Degree with specialization in Marketing and Sales.

Mario Osorio, Director Operations & Business Enablement - Operations
Mario has 20 Years of experience working for multinational companies holding different country and regional positions in Logistics & Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Performance and Strategy. He holds an Engineering degree, LSS Black Belt, MBA, MIT Executive Certificate. He is the Dir. Operations and Business Enablement Team for Miami Latam Export.

Oswaldo Lafee, Director Vendor Management
Oswaldo is in charge of our Modern Infrastructure team for Latin America. This category includes all G2M strategies related to technology categories such as Data Center compute, OEM, Storage, Data Protection and recovery along with HCI and all of its related vendors. He is located in Miami.

Adriana DaCosta Herrera, Sr. Manager Human Resources
With more than 20 years of experience in HR and as a consultant, Adriana leads the people agenda initiative for Miami Export and Advanced Solutions by partnering with the business leaders in the execution of the business strategy with focus on aligning the company culture with the business results to develop the best talent to serve our customers.

José Menézes, Sr. Manager Sales
Dynamic leader with extensive experience in the technology sector, specializing in cloud, software development and project management. Jose holds a degree in Business Administration and is passionate about leveraging technology to drive business growth and currently manages the Cloud business unit strategy at Ingram Micro for LATAM Export.

Karen Zabardi, Sr. Manager Vendor Management
Karen has a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and more than 25 years of experience managing business relationships between vendors, distribution, channel, and partners. Since 2017, she has been part of the Ingram Micro family. She manages the Networking category for Latin America.

Kisbel Vieira, Sr. Manager Sales Vendor Management
Kisbel holds a bachelor's degree in computer science, with more than 15 years of experience in sales and vendor management roles in technology companies. She is a regional lead driving the strategy of Apple B2B business across LATAM focusing on growing markets.

Vanessa Acosta, Sr. Manager Vendor Management
Vanessa has over 15 years of experience in IT sales and distribution, specializing in vendor management, business development, and product marketing across LATAM. She has a deep understanding of business objectives, market dynamics, and customer behavior, driving sustainable revenue and profit growth and focus on strategic planning, demand generation and solution selling

Valentina Marsiccobetre, Manager Marketing
She brings solid marketing and leadership experience, with a strong focus on strategic planning and the execution of impactful marketing initiatives. Valentina is the Marketing Leader for Miami Export at Ingram Micro, she oversees marketing strategies successfully driving growth enhancing brand equity, and delivering measurable results in pipeline, revenue, and retention.
