Fresh Grad Rotation Program
The Fresh Grad Rotation Program is a full-time, two-year rotational program for graduates interested in IT to gain exposure into Ingram Micro’s organization. Through six-month rotations in (1) Software Development, (2) Platform Engineering, (3) SAP Application Development and (4) Infrastructure, you'll gain a mix of technical and leadership skills that will shape you into future IT leaders.

Frequently Asked Questions
Internships: The application process will open around February/March, applications are reviewed between March-April, and candidates may expect to hear back by the end of April.
Fresh Grad Program: The application process will open around March/April, applications are reviewed between April-May, and candidates may expect to hear back by the end of May.
Internships: Internships typically last 10 weeks.
Fresh Grad Program: The program spans 2 years, with rotations of 6 months in each department. After completing the program, you will continue your career with Ingram Micro, being matched to a department based on your preferences and feedback from leaders.
Internships: For all interns, you need to be currently enrolled or have graduated within the last quarter or semester from an accredited university. Depending on the specific department or position, there may be additional requirements, so please refer to the specific job description. We welcome applicants from all majors and backgrounds.
Fresh Grad Rotation Program: The Fresh Grad Rotation Program is designed for recent or upcoming graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Eligible candidates for the 2025 program should have graduated or be set to graduate by July 2025 from an accredited institution. Practical IT experience through internships is preferred, and a solid understanding of IT, Software Engineering, Data Science, and Business Science is required. Candidates should be passionate about technology trends and eager to advance their career in tech and business, with at least novice-level software development skills.
These programs are primarily based in Irvine, CA, and Buffalo, NY, but future opportunities may also include other locations.
You can be considered for multiple roles. However, we advise candidates to be selective and apply for the positions that best match their skills and interests.
No, we do not provide relocation or housing support at this time.
