We recently chatted with Prasanna Ambhore, Head of Business in our Sales organization in India about our unique culture.
Prasanna joined Ingram Micro in 2020 as a Regional Sales Manager, being promoted in February as Head of Business. As Prasanna shared with us “Since I joined Ingram Micro, I have experienced a workplace culture that values my input and ideas. At Ingram Micro, every suggestion is taken into consideration, discussed, and potentially implemented on a large scale. This culture of openness encourages all associates to contribute and propose new ideas”.
