The Assistant Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing programs, campaigns, and events that support business growth and brand visibility. This role is suited for a proactive and highly organized marketing professional who can independently manage multiple initiatives, collaborate across teams, and take ownership of executional excellence and results.
The position offers exposure to regional and cross‑market marketing initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Execution
- Support the development and execution of marketing programs and tactical plans aligned with overall business and brand objectives.
- Take ownership of assigned marketing initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure on‑time and high‑quality execution.
- Coordinate marketing assets and workflows across internal teams and external agencies/vendors.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage campaign components including content development, social media activation, email marketing, and paid advertising support.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
Event & Experiential Marketing
- Lead the end‑to‑end execution of marketing events such as seminars, product launches, trade shows, and webinars.
- Manage event logistics including vendor coordination, production, budgeting, and on‑site execution.
- Oversee post‑event reporting, lead management, and follow‑up activities to maximize ROI and business impact.
Marketing Operations & Stakeholder Support
- Ensure smooth day to‑to‑day marketing operations by managing documentation, procurement processes, marketing calendars, and CRM/database updates.
- Oversee printing, courier arrangements, and marketing material production to support campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with sales and cross functional teams to deliver timely‑functional teams to deliver timely and effective marketing support.
Qualifications & Skills
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 4 -5 years of hands on experience in marketing, campaign coordination, and event management. Experience in ‑on experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or event management. Experience in inhouse or agency environments is welcomed; exposure to China or cross‑house or agency environments is welcomed; exposure to China or crossborder markets is an advantage‑border markets is an advantage.

- Marketing Tools & Technical Skills: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo and AI tools; working knowledge of design software such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Analytical & Reporting Skills: Ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign and event performance metrics to support data driven decision‑driven decisionmaking‑making.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams, agencies, vendors, and stakeholders.
