• Assess where existing systems are not being used effectively or where business teams are relying on offline tools, manual tracking, spreadsheets, or inconsistent practices.
• Translate analysis into clear insights, business impacts, and prioritized improvement opportunities.
Automation, AI, and Technology Enablement
• Identify opportunities where automation, AI, workflow tools, analytics, or system enhancements can improve speed, accuracy, scalability, user experience, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Sales, Go-to-market, technology, data, product, and business teams to evaluate the feasibility and potential value of automation and AI use cases.
• Recommend practical solutions that align with business goals, platform strategy, and change readiness.
• Help distinguish between process issues, system configuration issues, user adoption gaps, and opportunities requiring new technology capabilities.
Future-State Design and Recommendations
• Develop future-state process maps, operating models, and recommendations that improve business performance and scalability.
• Define business requirements, user needs, process controls, and success measures for future-state solutions.
• Support business case development by articulating expected benefits, risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations.
• Provide structured recommendations that are actionable, practical, and aligned to enterprise transformation priorities.

• Work effectively with cross-functional global teams across regions and countries, i.e., operations, technology, finance, HR, legal, compliance, sales, and GPB.
• Create polished, executive-ready presentations that summarize current state, findings, gaps, recommendations, and future-state options.
• Confidently deliver presentations to senior leaders, steering committees, project teams, and stakeholder groups.
• Build trust with stakeholders by facilitating productive discussions, managing competing viewpoints, and driving clarity.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
