The Senior HR Business Partner partners with leaders and employees across Ingram Micro (Thailand) to deliver HR initiatives that support business goals. The role covers strategic HR partnership, talent and capability development, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR projects. It requires a consultative approach to improving the employee experience and supporting leaders through change.
Strategic HR Business Partnership
- Build trusted relationships with functional leaders and key stakeholders to understand business needs and align HR priorities with business goals.
- Use people’s data to identify workforce trends and provide insights that support business decisions.
- Advise leaders and employees on HR matters, including employee relations, development, and retention.
- Partner with leaders to improve employee engagement and experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Organizational Development and Change Enablement
- Develop an organizational development strategy aligned with business priorities and long-term transformation goals.
- Partner with senior leaders to assess organizational capabilities, identify gaps, and prioritize changes that improve business performance.
- Use workforce data, engagement survey results, and employee feedback to shape recommendations and measure the impact of OD initiatives.
- Advise leaders on change strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption plans.
- Shape initiatives that embed company values, strengthen leadership behaviors, and build a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Translate engagement insights into targeted action plans, and hold leaders accountable for progress and outcomes.
Talent and Capability Development
- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, career development, internal mobility, and diversity initiatives.
- Work with functional leaders to identify capability gaps and deliver development programs that address business needs.
- Support competency and leadership development through workshops, coaching, and collaboration with senior HR leaders.
Talent Acquisition
- Help manage in recruitment process from offers, and reference checks where required.
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment decisions and partner with them on workforce planning, headcount budgets, and talent pipelines.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, Administration, and IT to ensure new employees have a smooth onboarding and orientation experience.
HR Operations, Performance Management, and Project Management
- Support daily HR operations and address employee and manager requests in a timely manner.
- Manage performance appraisal cycles, including goal setting, review coordination, completion tracking, and guidance for managers on feedback and development discussions.
- Analyze performance review outcomes and work with leaders to identify development needs and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate HR projects and ad hoc initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in learning and development, talent management, career development, competency management, leadership development, or succession planning.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
- Experience in the IT industry, a multinational company, or a fast-paced business environment is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, Thai labour laws, and relevant employment regulations.
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
