As a Business Development Manager Azure, you'll play a key role in expanding our Microsoft Azure business across Belgium and Luxembourg. Working closely with Microsoft, resellers, MSPs, and system integrators, you'll help partners accelerate cloud adoption, unlock new opportunities, and drive digital transformation. What You'll Do
As the Business Development Manager Azure, you'll focus on developing partner relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving commercial success.
You will:
- Drive revenue growth and Azure adoption across Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Develop strategic business plans with partners and Microsoft.
- Recruit, enable, and grow new and existing Azure partners.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities around Cloud, AI, and Digital Transformation.
- Help partners expand their Microsoft Cloud practice and increase customer adoption.
- Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Marketing, and Microsoft teams to drive results.
- Act as a trusted advisor within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Contribute directly to cloud consumption, revenue, and profitability targets.
What You'll Bring
Success in this role comes from combining commercial drive with strong relationship-building skills and cloud expertise.
We are looking for:
- Several years of experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, Partner Management, or IT Sales.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Cloud Solutions.
- Microsoft Azure certification (AZ-900 or higher) is required.
- Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- A proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-driven mindset.
