Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Workday Technical Consultant with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the development, configuration, and maintenance of Workday integrations and reporting solutions, while collaborating closely with HR, IT, and functional business teams. This is a great opportunity to grow your Workday expertise in a hands-on, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations using:
    • EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
    • Core Connectors
    • Workday Studio (basic to intermediate)
    • Web Services (SOAP/REST)
  • Assist with building custom and advanced reports (e.g., Matrix, Composite Reports).
  • Work on calculated fields and business process configurations.
  • Participate in Workday implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and data-related problems.
  • Document technical specifications, configurations, and processes clearly.
  • Stay updated on Workday updates and participate in testing during releases.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Workday technical roles, especially with integrations and reporting.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency with:
    • XML, XSLT
    • Workday EIB, Core Connectors
    • Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields
    • Workday Extend,BIRT
  • Understanding of Workday HCM data model and business processes.
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to Workday Studio or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Experience with Workday security and permissions.
  • Workday certification in Core Integrations, Studio, or Reporting (a plus).
  • Experience working with global teams or clients.
