What You’ll Do: As a Technical Presales - Cybersecurity, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing the sales of assigned products by offering presales support to customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Converting customer/reseller inquiries into the right technical solutions.
- Meeting with end-users to better understand their requirements.
- Generating Bills of Materials and designing solution blocks in collaboration with hardware/software vendors.
- Conducting demos and proof of concept presentations to customers.
- Arranging and conducting technical training for partners and customers.
What You Bring to the Role: We’re looking for someone with:
- 1-2 years of presales experience with a degree in cybersecuirty.
- Knowledge of technologies related to Cybersecurity, Firewall and networking.
- Enthusiasm and a results-driven mindset with a strong will to succeed.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work proactively.
