We are looking for a Marketing Claims Professional to support the end-to-end processing of vendor-funded marketing claims. The role plays a key part in the efficient management of claims as he/she will handle the top contributors such as Cisco, HPE and AMD on top of the other assigned vendors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reviewing invoices, contracts, and proof of performance to ensure accurate and timely claim submissions, monitoring claim approval status, and resolving issues related to on-hold or rejected claims.
- The role includes submitting requests for marketing activity creation, maintaining client contact information, approving WBS, and strengthening team development through creation of training resources, leading process improvements, and driving innovation initiatives.
Qualifications:
*Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in Marketing Claims, B2B Claims Processing, B2B Credit and Collections, Billing Operations, Rebate Administration, or related functions.
- Experience reviewing and validating business documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic reporting and data analysis functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, or XLOOKUP.
- Must be willing to work on nightshift (US timezone) and 10 days RTO monthly (2 consecutive weeks)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with team members.
*Preferred, but not required
- Experience in supplier-funded marketing programs, rebates, Market Development Funds (MDF), or vendor operations.
- Experience using vendor portals and claim management platforms.
- Familiarity with ERP and business systems such as SAP, Ariba, Xvantage, Podio, ClaimIT, or similar platforms.
