What you’ll do as your role in making an impact
In this role, you’ll support sales growth and long‑term partner success across the Adriatic RED HAT portfolio.
Support the internal sales team in achieving business targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
Develop and support existing partner relationships to drive growth
Assist in onboarding and enabling new partners
Organize and coordinate technical workshops, training sessions, and partner events
Ensure accurate maintenance of customer and deal data in line with company policies
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, logistics, and customer support teams
Manage and support deal registrations, vendor programs, rebates, and promotional initiatives.
What would make a great fit
To excel in this role, you should have:
Experience in inside sales, channel sales, IT distribution, or a similar environment
Exposure to working with resellers, system integrators, or technology vendors
Clear communication and relationship‑building skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Basic understanding of pricing, margins, rebates, and commercial concepts
Willingness to learn and adapt as technology and customer needs evolve
