What you’ll do as your role in making an impact

In this role, you’ll support sales growth and long‑term partner success across the Adriatic RED HAT portfolio.

  • Support the internal sales team in achieving business targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors

  • Develop and support existing partner relationships to drive growth

  • Assist in onboarding and enabling new partners

  • Organize and coordinate technical workshops, training sessions, and partner events

  • Ensure accurate maintenance of customer and deal data in line with company policies

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, logistics, and customer support teams

  • Manage and support deal registrations, vendor programs, rebates, and promotional initiatives.

What would make a great fit

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in inside sales, channel sales, IT distribution, or a similar environment

  • Exposure to working with resellers, system integrators, or technology vendors

  • Clear communication and relationship‑building skills

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities

  • Basic understanding of pricing, margins, rebates, and commercial concepts

  • Willingness to learn and adapt as technology and customer needs evolve
