About role:
The Vendor Business Manager (VBM) is responsible for driving vendor revenue growth, profitability, and strategic alignment within Ingram Micro. This role acts as the primary liaison between Ingram Micro and assigned vendor partners, ensuring successful execution of joint business plans, go-to-market initiatives, and sales enablement strategies.
Your role will include but not limited to:
- Build and manage strong vendor relationships, acting as the main point of contact and aligning goals with business strategy.
- Achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets through forecasting, pipeline management, and growth initiatives.
- Create and execute joint business plans, promotions, and incentive programs while optimising vendor investments.
- Develop and deliver marketing plans with vendors, including campaigns, promotions, and MDF-funded activities to drive demand and visibility.
- Partner with internal and external sales teams to drive pipeline, support deals, and educate stakeholders on vendor solutions.
- Manage pricing, inventory, and supply chain alignment while ensuring smooth execution and compliance.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance, and operations) to deliver integrated outcomes, while identifying and driving new growth areas, customer segments, and market expansion opportunities.
- Analyse trends and competitors to provide actionable insights and improve performance.

What you’ll bring
A positive and creative attitude with a competitive nature. You will have 4-6 years of channel sales experience across several verticals.
