About the Role
As a Temporary Office Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a successful office relocation project in Hong Kong. Working closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external service providers, you will coordinate the planning, execution, and transition activities to ensure the new office is delivered on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed relocation project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate office fit-out, renovation, and relocation activities with design firms, contractors, and service providers.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
- Manage project budgets, procurement activities, vendor payments, and invoice processing.
- Oversee the relocation and setup of workplace technology, including IT infrastructure, networks, and meeting room solutions.
- Partner with internal teams to plan and execute packing, move-out, move-in, and workplace readiness activities.
- Communicate project updates, relocation timelines, and workplace guidelines to associates and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, workplace safety standards, and business continuity requirements.
What You'll Bring:
- 5–10 years of experience in Office Administration, Workplace Operations, Facilities Management, or Office Management.
- Proven end-to-end experience managing office relocation, workplace transformation, or office fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of local building, facilities, fire safety, security, and emergency management requirements.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and workplace best practices.
- Experience managing external vendors, contractors, procurement activities, and project budgets.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
