About the Role
As Division Manager, Networking, you will lead a team of experienced Product Managers and Product Executives while overseeing the overall business performance of Ingram Micro's networking portfolio. You will be responsible for building strategic vendor partnerships, driving market growth, developing channel ecosystems, and ensuring operational excellence across the business. Working closely with vendors, channel partners, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, you will develop and execute strategies that accelerate revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Executives to achieve business objectives and deliver sustainable growth.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with networking vendors, serving as the primary liaison between vendors and Ingram Micro.
- Develop and execute annual business plans and quarterly growth initiatives to achieve revenue, profitability, market share, and business expansion objectives.
- Drive vendor programmes, go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, sales promotions, and partner enablement initiatives to maximize business opportunities.
- Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and new growth opportunities within the networking technology landscape, translating insights into actionable business strategies.
- Expand and strengthen the channel partner ecosystem to increase market penetration, drive partner engagement, and accelerate revenue growth.
- Oversee pricing strategies, commercial programmes, vendor rebates, inventory management, demand forecasting, and operational performance to optimize profitability and business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Channel Sales teams, vendors, and key stakeholders to drive business success, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with company and vendor requirements.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT distribution, networking, infrastructure, or related technology sectors.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong expertise in vendor management, business planning, channel sales, partner ecosystem development, and go-to-market strategy execution.
- Solid understanding of the networking technology landscape, distribution business models, and channel partner ecosystem.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, and successful business outcomes through strategic planning and execution.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, and experience managing business performance metrics and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization.
