Chinese New Year, also known as the Spring Festival, is one of the most significant and widely celebrated traditional festivals across the world. It marks the beginning of the lunar calendar year. This vibrant celebration is filled with age-old customs, family gatherings, feasts, and colorful decorations.

It is a time to honor ancestors, seek good fortune, and welcome the arrival of a new year with hope and positivity. Each year is associated with one of the twelve Chinese zodiac animals, and the festivities are accompanied by various cultural practices such as fireworks, lion dances, and the giving of red envelopes filled with money for good luck.

As we usher in the Year of the Snake, associates from ASEAN & HK came together to celebrate Chinese New Year with vibrant traditions and shared joy.
