International Women's Day! (ASEAN & HK)

March 8 marks International Women’s Day (IWD), a global celebration of the remarkable social, economic, cultural, and political contributions of women worldwide. This day serves as a reminder for all of us to continue driving progress towards a more inclusive culture for everyone.

The theme for this year’s International Women’s Day is #AccelerateAction—a call to speed up efforts to create lasting change.

Singapore

We took a fresh approach by hosting an engaging networking session with inspiring women from Microsoft. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect, share career journeys, and uplift one another.

We have our esteemed speakers: Pratima Amonkar - Business Strategy Lead, Microsoft ASEAN , who shared insights on her career journey and AI trends; Eunice Lau - Executive Managing Director, who provided valuable perspectives on ESG; and Sindhura Sunkara – Director Business Program Mgmt, who introduced the impactful Code; Without Barriers initiative - dedicated to empowering women in technology by providing the skills, mentorship, and opportunities they need to succeed.

Our signature "Say HI-Tea" session, hosted in Ingram Micro Singapore style, fostered meaningful conversations and new connections.

We look forward to strengthening this partnership while continuing to celebrate, shape a diverse and equitable future where every woman has the power to lead in AI, data, and cloud technologies.

Hong Kong

In celebration of the International Women's Day in Hong Kong, our female associates came together for a brief but meaningful gathering to share ideas and enjoy each other’s company.

As a token of appreciation, the company gifted crystal scraping boards and rollers to all female associates too! 

Thailand

In Thailand, we marked International Women’s Day in a fun and meaningful way! Our associates came together to celebrate the achievements of women with a creative twist – by decorating cupcakes! It was a fantastic opportunity for everyone to collaborate, share ideas, and enjoy a sweet moment of unity.
