Starting out finding his place in sales 

Ibrahim began his path in inside sales for the SMB segment. Over the years, he explored different internal roles, expanding his skills and understanding of the business. With each shift came a new challenge, and with each challenge came an opportunity to build confidence and earn trust. Those steps eventually led him toward leadership. 

Growing through ownership and real experience 

“The opportunities that helped me grow most were the increased responsibilities I received, and the trust placed in me to lead projects,” he explains. Having the space to make decisions and learn from them accelerated his development.
