Job Summary
The Sales Operations role is responsible for supporting the sales organization by optimizing processes, managing data and reporting, improving tools and systems, and driving operational efficiency. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership teams to enable revenue growth through data-driven insights and streamlined operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports.
- Track KPIs such as pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss rates, quota attainment, and forecast accuracy.
- Provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes.
CRM & Systems Management
- Manage and maintain CRM systems
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity
- Implement automation and system enhancements
- Train sales team members on CRM best practices
Sales Process Optimization
- Analyze and improve sales workflows and processes.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks and documentation.
Forecasting & Planning
- Assist in territory planning and quota setting.
- Monitor performance against targets and provide variance analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing on lead management and pipeline tracking.
- Support leadership with strategic planning and business reviews.
Qualifications & Competencies :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business , Finance.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Analytics.
- Strong experience with CRM systems
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills. Attention to details.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
