Luis Férez, SVP, Global Group President LATAM

Luis Férez, a Mexican professional who graduated with honors in Industrial Engineering, specializing in International Business, and completed an Advanced Management Program, has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Following a distinguished career in the sector, he currently serves as Senior Vice President (SVP) and Global Group President for Latin America (LATAM).

Daniela Rosa, VP, Chief Country Executive Miami

Daniela leads Ingram Micro’s Export Services business, overseeing strategy, operations, and execution across the Caribbean and Latin America. With more than 20 years of experience, she heads the Advanced Solutions initiative, driving growth plans for advanced and specialized solutions throughout the region.

Carla Santos, VP, Chief Country Executive Brasil

With more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, she has led significant advancements in software and cloud technologies, shaping Brazil’s technology landscape and driving the development of channels and partner ecosystems. She has been recognized twice consecutively as CRN Magazine’s Women of the Year in Technology.

Marco Tessa, VP, Chief Country Executive Chile-Uruguay

Marco Tessa holds a degree in Civil Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Chile and has extensive experience in the IT industry. He has been part of Ingram Micro since 1997, holding various leadership positions both within Chile and internationally. He currently serves as Vice President & Chief Country Executive (VP & CCE) for Chile and Uruguay.

Fernando Zapater, Executive Director Chief Country Perú

Fernando Zapater, born in Lima, studied Industrial Engineering and specialized in Marketing, Commercial Management, and Business Administration. He currently serves as Chief Country Executive (CCE) of Ingram Micro Peru, bringing more than 25 years of experience across the IT, marketing, and advertising industries.

Gerardo Romero, Executive Managing Director México

Gerardo has more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Throughout his career at Ingram Micro, he has held strategic leadership positions that have enabled him to develop deep expertise across both Operations and Go-to-Market (GTM) functions, including Advanced Solutions. In 2024, he was promoted to Executive Director and Managing Director for Mexico.

Juan Mejía, Executive Managing Director Colombia

Chief Country Executive (CCE) of Ingram Micro Colombia, he holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, a specialization in Corporate Finance, and an MBA in Business Management. With more than 15 years of experience leading businesses across various industries, one of his key achievements has been positioning the company as a leader in Colombia’s local IT sector.

Diana Garcia, LATAM Executive Director, Human Resources

Diana has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry. With a background in Marketing, she began her career at Ingram Micro in Sales and has built an outstanding track record in Human Resources. She has been recognized by Great Place to Work® (GPTW) as one of the Top 100 CHROs in Mexico. Since 2023, Diana has been leading the LATAM Human Resources team.

Esteban Hurtado, LATAM Director Product Management

He joined Ingram Micro in 2013 as a Business Intelligence leader. In 2016, he also took responsibility for Business Process Management (BPM) and was later promoted to BI, BPM & Sourcing Senior Manager. Thanks to his deep business knowledge and strong leadership, he now serves as Director of Product Management LATAM, leading the region’s digital transformation initiatives.

Ismael Velázquez, LATAM Executive Director Chief Finance Executive

Our LATAM Chief Financial Executive (CFE) brings over 30 years of experience. He joined Ingram Micro in 1993 and has led finance teams in Peru, Chile, Mexico, and Spain. His leadership has been key to achieving business goals, maintaining profitability, and improving processes while driving operational excellence.

Welington Sousa, LATAM Marketing Director

His journey with Ingram Micro Brazil began in September 2018, when he joined as Marketing Manager. He was promoted to Senior Marketing Manager in 2020 and later served as Associate Director of Marketing from 2023. In 2025, he was promoted to LATAM Marketing Director, with the mission of transforming the region’s digital marketing strategy.

With a degree in Business Administration, she focuses on designing high-impact strategies, building high-performing teams, and turning challenges into opportunities for success through innovation and collaboration.

Michael Malasquez, Sr. Manager Retail & Mobility

Michael is a Systems Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the commercial sector, specializing in technology brands and retail sales. He is highly skilled in implementing innovative strategies and managing relationships with key customers, consistently driving business growth and delivering strong results.

Claudia León Prado, Sr. Manager Human Resources

Claudia has 15 years of experience leading Human Resources teams in multinational companies. Her passion is driving cultural transformation focused on talent and leadership development while fostering employee engagement. Ignacio Rizo Patrón, Manager Legal

Ignacio is an attorney from the University of Lima, with postgraduate studies in the Master’s Program in Business Law at UPC Graduate School. He has more than 15 years of experience in the technology, telecommunications, and retail industries. He is recognized for his strong people skills, close connection with his team, and deep understanding of the business.
