Salary - $78K base + 10% annual bonus
Position Summary
The Cisco Alliance Programs Manager serves as the primary liaison between Ingram Micro and Cisco, responsible for driving program execution, partner engagement, and go-to-market alignment across the Cisco alliance. This role is central to strengthening the commercial relationship, enabling partner success, and maximizing revenue growth across global and regional channel ecosystems.
This is a high-visibility role operating at the intersection of vendor management, channel programs, and commercial execution. The ideal candidate brings experience in technology distribution, partner programs, or alliance management and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where execution, communication, and relationship management are critical to success.
What you’ll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Ingram Micro and Cisco for program execution, escalations, and strategic alignment.
- Strengthen the Cisco alliance by ensuring clear communication, issue resolution, and consistent program execution across stakeholders.
- Manage Cisco buying programs for global partners, including entitlements, exceptions, and compliance across regions.
- Support and drive Cisco-led campaigns, regional initiatives, and partner programs that generate pipeline and revenue.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to activate go-to-market strategies and partner engagement activities.
- Develop and deliver training, demos, and enablement materials for internal teams, BDRs, and channel partners.
- Support partner readiness through structured communication, content, and program guidance.
- Coordinate across teams to resolve issues, unblock initiatives, and ensure program success.
- Monitor project timelines, manage dependencies, and ensure visibility across all active initiatives.
- Maintain structured communication and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 3+ years of relevant experience in channel programs, vendor management, alliance management, or partner marketing.
- Experience working in technology distribution, reseller, VAR, or vendor ecosystems strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of channel sales models, partner programs, and go-to-market execution.
- Proven ability to manage vendor or alliance relationships across multiple stakeholders and regions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience developing and delivering enablement content, training sessions, or partner-facing communications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with general supervision while exercising sound business judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $78,000.00 - $124,800.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
