Position Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling a portfolio of technical and/or non-technical products, services, and solutions to new and existing customers. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by developing a strong sales pipeline, executing lead generation strategies, and identifying new business opportunities.
The role requires building relationships with customers, communicating product value propositions, and ensuring awareness of new product introductions, pricing updates, and solution offerings. The Sales Representative collaborates with internal teams to support sales execution and deliver a strong customer experience.
This role requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English to effectively engage with a diverse customer base.
What you’ll do
- Promote and sell a portfolio of products, services, and solutions to new and existing customers.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth across assigned accounts or territories.
- Communicate product updates, pricing changes, and new service introductions to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales execution and customer requirements.
- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions using standard tools and systems.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads, opportunities, and customer inquiries.
- Apply company policies and procedures to resolve customer issues and support sales processes.
What you bring to the role
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
- A four-year college degree (or additional experience in a related field) and 3 years functional experience including a minimum 1-year position specific experience.
- Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage and grow a sales pipeline in a structured sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Ability to work independently with general supervision while meeting performance expectations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills within defined policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard sales tools (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Established professional who can exercise sound judgment and escalate appropriately when needed.
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $67,200.00 - $114,300.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
