Administrative Assistant
On-Site: M-F 7:30am-4pm
Hourly Rate: $27.10 + Bonus
About the Role
Ingram Micro is one of the world's largest technology distributors, supporting top vendors, resellers, and enterprises across the globe. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to department leaders, managers, and cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and departmental events.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation, and expense report processing.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Draft and manage correspondence, meeting minutes, and internal communications on behalf of department leaders.
- Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls; serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external parties.
- Coordinate activities and communications between departments and outside partners, handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Maintain knowledge of business unit policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in administrative support.
- Support ad hoc projects and provide general administrative assistance as needed across the team.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of general administrative experience, or 2+ years of functional experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with the ability to create polished documents and presentations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional and confident in interactions at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Self-starter who works effectively under moderate supervision and knows when to seek guidance on new or complex assignments.
- Comfortable with semi-routine work while recognizing when situations require flexibility or deviation from standard procedures.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $43,800.00 - $70,100.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
