What You'll Do
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician II, you will support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of facility systems and equipment to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on facility equipment and systems
- Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building-related issues
- Support HVAC, lighting, conveyor systems, and other facility infrastructure
- Assist with facility upgrades, repairs, renovations, and employee workspace moves
- Coordinate and work alongside outside contractors and service providers
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building code requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and sustainability
- Assist with installation, modification, and maintenance of facility equipment and automation systems
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and facility emergencies as needed
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting operations, facility maintenance, or distribution center environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Experience performing preventative and corrective maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Comfortable working independently and prioritizing multiple tasks
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or industrial environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within an ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) distribution facility
- Knowledge of automation controls, PLCs, conveyors, motors, bearings, sprockets, chains, and related mechanical systems
- Basic welding or fabrication experience
- Experience supporting automated material handling equipment
- Associate's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Maintenance Engineering Technology
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Maintenance Engineering Technology
Technical Skills
Successful candidates may have experience with:
- Electrical systems (AC/DC)
- Conduit and EMT installation
- Automation and PLC systems
- Mechanical maintenance and repair
- Conveyor systems
- Motors, shafts, bearings, rollers, and chains
- Building maintenance and facility operations
- Vendor and contractor coordination

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $43,800.00 - $70,100.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
