During my 4 years with Ingram Micro I have learnt so much about myself. I remember my first day entering the office, my confidence was on a very low level, I was very nervous. I had so much support from my colleagues , manager and my partner. Now I can proudly say, I am a different person confident and I know what I want. As a General Manager in the Cloud Division with 10 years of experience at Ingram Micro, I have navigated a dynamic career trajectory, holding pivotal roles within the business. This journey has equipped me with a robust skill set, encompassing strategic leadership, team management, and a keen understanding of market dynamics. The diverse responsibilities I've undertaken have honed my abilities in driving sales, fostering client relationships, and implementing innovative business solutions.

I joined Ingram Micro leaving the Agricultural industry. Since joining I have been given the tools and building blocks to progress my career through education, experience and opportunity which have been exceptional. Additionally, I have built strong and long-lasting friendships and relations, enjoyed the work and social aspects of the company, and have really appreciated the out of work charity support that Ingram Micro provides to the community.

I have been with the company for over a decade having started as a Product Manager. Ingram Micro is a fast-paced organisation that never stops and no one day is the same. Ingram Micro has helped me develop professionally throughout my career to get where I am today. There are online courses, off-site seminars available and most importantly associates are trusted in their roles to perform and learn throughout. I am currently part of the Future Executive Program, a commitment/ investment made by Ingram Micro and the Senior Leadership Team to develop and retain talent.
