We are seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for entry-level roles across the US Channel organization. This role is ideal for a talent acquisition professional who can move quickly, build strong candidate pipelines, deliver a positive candidate experience, and partner closely with hiring managers to fill recurring roles at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, entry-level roles within the US Channel organization, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and pre-employment steps.

  • Build and maintain reliable pipelines of qualified candidates for recurring openings in customer support and related entry-level functions.

  • Use job boards, resume databases, referrals, community partnerships, hiring events, social media, and other sourcing channels to attract active job seekers.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, shift schedules, hiring timelines, and candidate profile expectations.

  • Screen candidates for basic qualifications, availability, work experience, schedule fit, reliability, and interest in the role.

  • Deliver a timely, professional candidate experience through clear communication, consistent follow-up, and accurate process updates.

  • Manage requisition activity, candidate status updates, interview feedback, and recruiting documentation in Workday.

  • Support internal job transfers and help ensure employees understand next steps in the internal mobility process.

  • Coordinate background checks, offer documentation, onboarding handoffs, and other pre-employment requirements.

  • Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, candidate flow, and hiring outcomes to identify gaps and recommend process improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

  • 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, HR, or related experience.

  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting, hourly hiring, entry-level hiring, recurring requisitions, or multi-opening roles.

  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills across job boards, resume databases, referrals, social media, hiring events, and direct outreach.

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize competing hiring needs, and maintain accurate candidate activity in an applicant tracking system.

  • Strong communication, follow-up, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently with general guidance while using sound judgment to resolve recruiting issues and keep hiring processes moving.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technology such as Workday, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for customer service or sales environments.

  • Experience supporting hiring events, open houses, evergreen requisitions, seasonal hiring, or rapid hiring ramp-ups.

  • Familiarity with employment compliance, background check processes, offer administration, and candidate dispositioning requirements.

  • Ability to use recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve candidate conversion, and support hiring manager decision-making.

What Success Looks Like

The successful Recruiter will be proactive, organized, responsive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced hiring environment. They will know how to balance speed with quality, keep candidates engaged, provide hiring managers with clear updates, and maintain a strong pipeline for critical entry-level roles across the US Channel business.
